ABOUT // THE OPERATOR

The kid who fixed the neighbourhood's computers still fixes things. Bigger ones now.

I'm Gagan Raj Bojja, a product engineer and founder from Warangal, India. I got my own computer in 1st class, in 2008, because GTA demanded it. Everything since has been one continuous debugging session: hardware first, then code, then products, then companies.

Today I lead Dataweaver at Techcora — a privacy-first AI data analyst that shipped 40+ releases in 5 months — and run SkyAstrall, my studio, where the rule is zero templates and the founder writes the code. Before that: a fleet platform that scaled to 800+ vehicles on Rust, a ~14KB open-source library, and a robotic arm made of PVC pipe.

TRACE // FULL JOURNEY

2008 → now.

  1. 2008

    The First Boot

Got my own computer in 1st class. By 3rd class I knew what RAM and HDD meant — GTA required both. Swapped processors, installed OSes, fought drivers. The neighbourhood's go-to tech kid.

  2. 2014

Android tablet. Lucky Patcher. Modded OS. The "hacking" rabbit hole began.

  3. 2016

    The Hacking Workshop

9th class. Attended a hacking workshop. Built RATs, pranked friends with ransomware (gave access back, obviously). Got curious about how things break — and how to build them.

  4. 2017

WRO & First Lines of Code

Led the school team for World Robot Olympiad (Lego football — underprepared, unforgettable). Asked faculty to teach Python. Got hooked. Learned C over summer break.

  5. 2019

    Diploma & First Rupee

Joined VMR Polytechnic, Warangal for Diploma in Computer Science. Built desktop apps with Tkinter, then PyQt5. Selenium automations. First Fiverr order landed in December. The hustle was real.

  6. 2021

    Hardware Meets Software

Contract work: Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi. Embedded C by day, Python by night. Built a facial recognition attendance system for the diploma final project. Hardware and software finally clicked together.

  7. 2022

    Veltech & Web Dev Era

Joined Veltech University, Chennai as lateral entry. Django everywhere. Hackathons every other weekend. The web development era began.

  8. 2023

    Robotic Arm & React Native

Built a 5DOF robotic arm from PVC — camera, suction gripper, auto/manual modes, lifts 800g easy. Built a Flutter app to control it. React Native freelancing took off. Trained juniors. Met Abin at Google DevFest.

  9. 2024

    SkyAstrall is Born

Registered SkyAstrall in October. The kid who fixed neighbours' computers now runs a studio. Client base solid, premium craft-only policy enforced.

  10. 2025

    Enterprise Scale

Joined Techcora in February. Started with wildlife detection, built facial+NFC attendance for Qatar buses, then led TrackFleet AI to 800+ vehicles. Discovered Rust in April — never looked back. Guarded AI agents with Guardian MCP. Extracted Mentions from a Dataweaver problem.

  11. NOW

    Building the Future

Full project lead on Dataweaver — Techcora's flagship agentic system, enterprise clients live. SkyAstrall ships premium landing pages. Obsessed with agentic architectures, systems thinking, and making things that last.

OPEN SOURCE // RECEIPTS

Code with my name on it.

  • Mentions

~14KB framework-agnostic mention system for React, Vue, and Svelte. Zero dependencies, AI ghost-text completions.

  • Guardian MCP

MCP server for AI coding agents: AST search, decision memory, gated workflows. Sunset when frontier models absorbed the use case — learned about moats the hard way.

  • teloxide

Rust Telegram framework — ApiError variants merged upstream.

  • Python free-threading

PEP 703 compatibility PRs to deptry and pendulum — both merged.

EDUCATION

  • B.Tech, Computer Science — Veltech University, Chennai (2025)
  • Diploma, Computer Science — VMR Polytechnic, Warangal (2022)
  • Real curriculum: 2008, one computer, unlimited curiosity.
